Poggio Alto Brut is an organic sparkling wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay, combining elegance, freshness and remarkable complexity. Following a second fermentation in an autoclave using the long Charmat method and six months of aging on the lees, the result is a fresh wine with fine, elegant bubbles.
