WINE

Ginestra is an organic white wine made exclusively from 100% Malvasia di Candia, fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel to preserve its fragrant aromatics and vibrant character. Produced in the hillside vineyards of Monte delle Vigne, it combines freshness, balance and elegance, making it an ideal companion to seafood and delicately flavoured dishes.
